Hello Guys! I am John Reese, a professional biker and my hobby is biking! I have been biking for last 6 years and I love using bikes while outing as well. Based on my experiences with the different type of bikes (mountain bikes, road bikes and hybrid bikes); I am sharing my opinion about various bikes so that a beginner can get started right away. Happy reading!
Equipped with a high performance motor, this Ancheer Power Plus electric mountain bike has won accolades for its superior performance and unmatched reliability. It is built with a solid Aluminum alloy frame to keep it strong yet lightweight enough to maneuver with easily. It is everything one would want to get through any terrain and is excellent in every way imaginable.
The original Power Plus model was one of the most popular in its class, introducing the joy and practicalities of e-bikes to a huge audience around the world.  The CX1 builds on that success, adding a NEW more powerful brushless motor, a NEW upgraded battery, a 21-speed gear system, and improved reliability.  The steel frame, strong brakes, suspension and quick-shift gears offer all the qualities of a premium mountain bike with the added feature of three pedal assist modes.

“I’d like a Bosch bike!” This is what bicycle dealers hear several times a day from new customers – and it’s the biggest mistake you can make when buying an ebike. Sure, the motor is important. However, you don’t buy a car just because of its engine. If you want to be happy with your eMTB in the long term, you have to consider a bike as an overall concept. This group test will help you to find out which bike is best for which type of rider, terrain, and riding style. The motors of the big names in the industry all work extremely well, but differ in their purpose and functionality.
Prodeco V5 Phantom X Lite 9 Speed Folding Electric Bicycle is a lightweight and well-balanced bike that is suitable for all adventurers, campers, and sports enthusiasts. It gives an outstanding and smooth performance with a 300-watt motor. It is an eye-catching bike that looks fabulous in black color. Plus, you can carry it with you by simply folding it.
In addition to this, it is easier to transport and store. It has a foldable design and with the lightweight design, you will find it more reliable. Other than this, the bike also features the Shimano 7-speed transmission system, which makes it elementary to shift the speed. The two-mode bike can function as an assisted bike and electric bike at the same time. It provides a longer runtime due to the 36V 8Ah lithium-ion battery.

eMTBs appeal to a very broad audience, so in practice, the same model is used in very different ways. A final rating according to school grades does not do justice to the individual character of the bikes and doesn’t provide a sufficient system of orientation for new buyers (which is exactly what we aim to do). For this reason, there is a separate article for each bike in the group test; in each article we detail the most important points, informing you comprehensively about the bike’s strengths and weaknesses and the ideal type of riding it is suited for. We also have five-star ratings, which provide condensed snippets of information about the character of the bike for a quick and easy overview.
When turkey hunting odor is not an issue but for deer, predators, etc. using an electric bike would eliminate sweating, be quieter and reduce scent from boots verses walking. My walk ins are not bad but on public land the bike could get a hunter deeply in as well as reduce odor. However, In Arkansas I do not believe any motorized vehicle is allowed in our Ozark or Ouachita National Forests?
This ultra-light frame provides greater strength to weight ratio. It makes the bike less cumbersome to carry and robust enough to take a beating on the rough trails. A weatherproof and rustproof finish used on the frame lets the bike retain its new look for longer. Carbon-steel fork provides excellent shock absorption to keep you comfortable on bumpy surfaces.
If you are looking for a combination of durability and affordability, then look no further than BackCountry eBikes.  BackCountry eBikes ( aka BAKCOU ) is newer to the electric hunting eBike market but they have done so much for the industry in a short amount of time.  Each bike that they produce is made from the highest quality materials and are more affordable than both Rambo Bikes and QuietKat.
At $1,300, the Schwinn Monroe 250 started life a bit too pricey for what you got—a low-end, singlespeed e-bike—but at the current Wal-Mart price of $798, it’s become a steal. We’ve had one in for testing for a few months now: It feels heavy and sturdy, and you do notice the bulky down tube battery while cornering. The brakes are more of a suggestion at high speeds, and we wouldn’t suggest sustained climbing (we damaged a previous test bike’s motor on a group ride). But for pedaling on mostly flat roads, the Monroe 250 gives you 50 or more miles of e-assisted cruising.
In the end, the Specialized Turbo Levo Comp proved to be the tester favorite, offering the most versatile downhill performance that felt the "most like a mountain bike" that the other models couldn't match. The Specialized proved to be the most nimble and agile by far, yet still managed to be confident and stable at speed. We were also thoroughly impressed by the versatility and confidence-inspiring manners of our Best Buy winner, the Giant Trance E+ 2 Pro. The Trance's modern geometry and quality component spec are the primary factors that help it outperform some of the competition. The Bulls E-Stream has a more one dimensional downhill performance, a stable and planted feel that absolutely charges downhill and excels as the speeds increase. The enduro-oriented YT Decoy CF Pro is also very impressive on the descents. The modern geometry, low bottom bracket, generous travel, and quality component spec all combine to make this a hard-charging beast on the descents. The Decoy can't match the versatility or well-rounded nature of the Levo, but it crushes downhill with authority.
This eBike will help carry all your gear with a 300 pound load capacity. The Stalker 750 comes in two colors including Special Edition Kuiu Verde 2.0  and matte black.  Both colors schemes are perfect for staying concealed while out in the woods.  When you compare this 750-watt hunting eBike with other models on the market, you will see that it is superior in many different ways.
Specialized has a celebrated history within the mountain biking scene, and they’ve elaborated on their well-rounded catalog with the addition of the Turbo Levo Comp. The Levo is a great alternative for those who are looking for all of the coveted characteristics of a proper trail bike, wrapped up with a slew of new, innovative technologies. Here, you’ll find a similar geometry to the company’s flagship Stumpjumper, albeit, with a redesigned alloy frame, improved kinematics, and internal cable routing to keep things nice and clean. In the bike’s most recent iteration, a Specialized 2.1 Rx trail-tuned motor has been implemented, providing instant engagement, unrivaled heat management, and consistent output throughout the Levo’s entire assisted range. When it comes to peripherals, a set of dependable SRAM accessories, a Praxis 2D cold-forged alloy crankset, and Roval Traverse 29 wheels round things out.
Electric mountain bikes are here, growing in popularity, and despite some access concerns—and perhaps because of them—continue to get better, more enjoyable to ride. Their small motors help you ride faster, farther, and can making challenging climbs less daunting. We tested 10 of the most exciting new models to help you find the right one for you. Read quick reviews of top five options below, or scroll deeper for helpful buying advice and longer reviews of every option.

The electric mountain bikes are excellent bikes that deliver great speed and longer rides. This is due to the powerful battery that will assure you of longer runtime. The bikes also use the Shimano speeds, which allow you to easily shift the speeds. In addition to this, the electric mountain bike is also very safe due to the perfect braking system. This makes them safe for all riders. With the LED headlights, you will find them appropriate for night rides.

Over the last few years, I’ve taken my love of the outdoors, hiking, skiing, trekking and exploring to the next level by starting this site. I started a bike shop in Denver, CO, and have seen amazing growth over the last few years. Getting paid to do what I love has been a dream come true for me. That’s also what led me to start BikesReviewed.com. In my shop, I spend a large amount of time helping people find the perfect bike for them and the style of biking they’re going to be doing. It only made sense that I expanded my reach and got online, making it possible for me to help people all over the world. If biking and staying fit is your priority, too, you’ve come to the right place.
The Electric Juggernaut is truly an all terrain vehicle.  It has 2 massive fat tires up front, each one with it’s own front suspension and one wheel at the bike.  Originally designed for riding the soft sand dunes of California hunters quickly saw the potentials for taking it offroad.  With 2 wheels upfront it can tackle even soft snow and no risk of the front wheel washing out.
…but currently offer only very few advantages, such as a cleaner design and the option to mount a bottle cage in a front triangle. If you want to take a spare battery in your backpack, you will have to struggle with the larger dimensions of the integrated batteries, or you won’t have the possibility to take one with you at all. Depending on the integration, handling the integrated rechargeable battery (e.g. the on-button for Shimano-Intube) can be awkward. Also, the longer battery results in a higher centre of gravity. The fact is that there are good reasons for continuing to use a standard external battery.
The only ancheer has done right with this bike is take it off the market. This was my third e-bike purchased on Amazon. Thought I would take a chance with ancheer since most reviews seemed positive. I should have looked more closely at the negative ones. It appears that since the first of the year there were a lot of problems with the motor not performing properly. That's exactly what happened to me. The throttle actually works, but the PAS is useless. It takes 10 to 12 peddle revolutions before the motor engages and when you stop the motor starts to drag. Tried to return but ancheer balked, I finally settled for a 250.00 "adjustment" after amazon got involved. I have a cyclamatic CX1 that I keep in Florida, and my wife rides a city E bike so we know what to expect in an electric bike. I ordered another cyclamatic last week. Should have done it in the first place. 365.00 lesson on my part.
With three levels of assistance, the the ANCHEER Power Plus lets you enjoy a fun and easy ride every time . If you want to reach your destination without breaking a sweat, the Pure Electric Mode or full throttle mode will give you the full power you want. But, if you want a light cardio workout but with a little assistance, use the Pedal Assist Mode. Want the feel of a traditional bike? Use the Regular Bike mode.

Levo Battery Charger is a 4A battery charger. It is better than industry average of 3A chargers but not that impressive neither. I would expect at least in their expensive models such as Men’s S-Works Turbo Levo to see a 6A charger. Anyway it isn’t bad, actually better than what most e-bikes offer. Maybe they can offer a fast charger as an accessory who need to charge their e-bikes several times a day without wasting lot of time.

With a 150mm-travel RockShox Yari fork and 132mm of rear travel from the RockShox Monarch Plus R shock, the Remote CTRL is Kona’s first dual-suspension e-mountain bike. It’s powered by a 250-watt Bosch Performance Line XC mid-drive motor that uses the company’s progressive E-MTB mode that is adaptable to rider input, which means you don’t have to toggle through assistance modes while riding. It offers assistance up to 20 mph, and the 500Wh integrated battery is the largest Bosch currently offers. Beefy 27.5x2.8-inch Maxxis Recon tires offer plenty of traction and also help to absorb smaller hits.

Looking for a ride that’ll have you hauling a$# in and out of the woods virtually without making a sound? You want the QuietKat 750W Ranger FatKat Hub Motor Fat Tire bike. It’s got a powerful 750w rear hub motor that can get up to 19MPH unassisted, and even quicker if you help by pedaling. Its mid-drive system is sealed for a quiet ride and to protect the motor from rainy, snowy, or muddy conditions.
Having been around the business of bowhunting for more than 40 years, I have seen some products, ideas and concepts come and go. A lot of them. Some of these things become important parts of bowhunting success for many archers, some find a small niche and move along with the growth of the industry, and, of course, some are relegated to the ash-heap of history.  The ones that survive seem to be products that fill a need.
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Moreover, the E-bike has an LCD display panel for easy and quick control of the bike. With the LED headlight, you will find it excellent for cycling even at night hours. It also features the 160 disc brakes system that provides the best all-weather stopping power. It is a great bike that features the 21- speed gear to boost the hill climbing power. The electric bike also has two working modes that include the pedal assistant mode and E-bike mode.
The Ranger’s also got lots of features that make it a safe, comfortable ride when you’re on the hunt. Its huge 4.5in wide wheels paired with a 7-speed Shimano hub will help you go uphill and back on any terrain easily. The hydraulic suspension on this ride will have you riding like a champ, and in those times you need to stop on a dime, the disc brakes will kick in without hesitation and won’t slip even in the wettest conditions. Hands down, the Quiet Kat 750w Ranger is the best choice for any hunter.
This is fantastic and, oddly, mindblowing to me.A decade ago I was working at a local college in IT, and one of the my duties was building/maintaining and monitoring the distance learning rooms, which were equipped with queued cameras tied directly to microphones on each desk, and blah blah blah, those classes connected via hardware codec to other classroom across the state (or in some cases, country) to broadcast a live class to multiple classrooms. Our head end had 30 hardware codecs, a 128in/128out AV router, and required a central bridge to connect multiple endpoints and designate the main source and corresponding layout. Dozens of miles of copper were spread around the campus tied to hundreds of miles of fiber connecting our satellite campuses, all costing literally millions of dollars to create. Now they can do it on Twitch with a basic internet connection and free software. In HD. Holy crap, I am an old man with an onion on my belt, but the progress we have made in a short amount of time is awesome.

now whether it be motors or geometry or indeed componentry so many lessons have been learned in the world of a mountain by again since his birth back in what 2012 something like that what about the human element of it all I've learnt so much along the way so today we're gonna be showing you guys our top five lessons learned [Music] now I've heard of a lot of lessons that Chris Smith has learnt in his long bank to buy career no more so than he'd broken back broken neck broken arm broken leg broken ankle broken wrists Matt's been done it's been done for Chris but come on take us away take us to the list of your top lessons learned on an email Mike well I think when I first started out my biggest mistake was in turbo or boost mode everywhere I didn't learn about eco in the art of eco get the most out of battery after you go would you believe it yes again the most of that and doing you know riding more trails still at a good pace I'm taking that that is your number five that's number five number four add maintenance getting back after a ride maybe a night ride sticking the bike in the shed expecting it work don't just know you don't expect it to work like clockwork the next time you get on it I think if you have to do one little bit of maintenance chain maintenance degrease and a lube is the one for Evite's digital wrong kit so rat wearing the wrong kit on this big rides I didn't used to really do massive rides I wasn't a big fan of wearing shammies and short liners and things like that and even chamois butter you heard that right well I did see you had a type of chamois butter on that trip to Mont Blanc which unfortunately you got along but yeah definitely chamois on an e-bike chamois NC common and even like big waterproof jackets in those horrible weather eyes then you got you know a lot of adverse weather on the ebike and then I think the higher pressure its suspension so I can from slopestyle and freeride and we were just like 80 psi in the tires max a shock set ends you know 350 psi on the shocks and nearly they looked like a suspension fork but actually didn't do a job so getting the right tire pressures and suspensions and ask you question but you still do a huge range ride and you do still do free ride riding I still drag you around trial sections do you still have huge sigh pressures yeah I still run you like big jumps 40 psi stuff so we still don't quite like that right I think so but it's just for those big jumps you do need those bigger tire pressures but I was sometimes plus 40 psi and it's just like riding a rock down the hill come on let's have you what is your number one lesson learned I think investing in a second batch is one of my best things that I've learned it just opens up the doors to actually what an e-bike is for you can write it hundreds of kilometres you can turn up the turbo boost you name it whichever power mode you want sometimes you know you know be restricted by keeping an eco all day you can just open up the doors and let it go don't have to stick in your backpack you can put it in your car just ride your bike all day long without range anxiety range anxiety open up the doors and letting it go one thing what is this was the lesson learned there have you been stranded on any bike I have written any bike flat and it's not a lot of fun as I'm sure you have to mm-hmm now Steve you've been riding for a few years - yeah well I'm gonna give you a next to it I'm gonna give you six not sighs I think number six on the list has got to be heart rate monitor because it just keeps you honest I think you see honest on your eyes you can keep it keep track of your of your rides you've been doing and then just go out harder next time just make sure you keep you fitness up like this my number six yeah number five I think has got to be and not knowing your your range which comes back to the you range anxiety yeah but I know exactly that on a semi water of actually I can do about five thousand feet of climbing but we're all different because when I did tour Mont Blanc and if I told you at the tormal block not hurt the Fabri sorrow to me he was fifty kilograms and he he was able to do ten thousand feet of climbing on one battery so get it to know those figures is really is a key part of from the most important part of you display I think number four has got to be China well you need just discovered that this year really is the nectar of email and biking yeah and then three and two Nestle to all but numbers now sizing is very important on a mounted bike because I'm sure you've heard it a zillion times getting that balance between the weight and the front of your bike and the weighting on the rear of your bike is very critical in terms of climbing and also descending yeah and number two has got to be chain stays and geometry mm-hmm making that short back end or along back end can make big differences it's all about I think the ebike world is still like manufacturers are still kind of zoning in on a sweet spot but it's not just what the chain stays but the bond bracket and the wheel base and getting that balance between the two and you're number one Steve come on hit me with it well I have to say that I've had the pleasure of running some of the world's best man buckets Sam Hill Lika varsity peaked fobian Burrell and to ride with people who can really really righty man bikes now I know you can you're the man when it comes to jumps and stuff like that but the likes of Nico vouilloz and Fabian brow on ebikes they they really opened my eyes to think in what sport holy now that is something really special there's something really really special and and to get a chance to go and ride with a rider who is better than you will definitely progress you're riding no end so they are there are mine Chris's top five top five lessons learned what were your lessons learned which what's your most important ones since you've been a mountain biking or indeed whether you're gonna be a biking what you think other things you need to learn first and foremost let's know in the comments down below Colbert have launched a new wild fs1 60ml travel carbon-fiber trail bike 160 milk from the Basque Country and then the place in the Basque Country where they goes guys come from yeah 625 what our battery yes a full carbon boss generator for motor on there yeah so it is looking really class yeah nice cool shop on the back as well it looks like it's got full xtr on it as you as you mentioned the the Gen 4 Bosch plus a 602 a five-hour battery range called shock looks like the three sizes small large and extra-large I'll be checking out this the sizing on this bike now at 6 foot looks like I'm just on the boundary between large and extra-large so it comes with a 455 millimeter reach on the large and obvious bigger and extra so I think I probably lean more towards the XL on that bike yeah 455 isn't a Vette reach and also for the chain stays well on that bike nice nice rounded balanced off number 14 a Frenchman or a center and a little while about really looks at and Meredith marina a 160 and now they've got a little brother the e140 says 140 mill travel trail bike and this one looks amazing I think that I think the Pont decorous is why would you choose the 140 Emery dev over the 160 Marita I think maybe if you're slightly more trail based cross country style kind of ride in as opposed to maybe like you are a style like maybe if you're based in the UK if he can get away those short travel bikes like I'm below us Tyler UK sir UK stout yeah trail centres don't really require that massive big trail trail biking miles I think you get away that 130 mode trouble ok maybe I'll ride the newer on quite a lot in some of the bigger stuff that's hundred talking about travel 29-inch wheels it seems pretty capable there you go now as you might have noticed our climb of the week as certainly morphed into more of a ride and jump of the week I know you've got some gloss to action bluster in the center of the UK yeah I've got this one in from Lee they're absolutely shredding they're Canino experts over the four one seven bike park got a new big jump lineup man just look at this after you said that they look like 4050 photos yeah isn't it meanwhile up in North Wales have been real we have actually got a climb of the week thank goodness yeah this one's in from Michael on his trek path flight lt9 as well as this looks pretty tech Michael thanks very much for saving the day saving the climb of the week on EMBA never forget if you guys won't get featured use the upload service could be you on next week's show now this one in from wreck as well towing using a specialized leave up in the forested beam draggin their kids up using an elasticated cart a rope so lovely lovely long blonde hair their wreck yeah oxide or Dalia that's lovely boot seen a lot more those two kind of tow ropes as well seeing the elasticated ones obviously coming from Toey and we've got the new one is what I've tracked I think this called like an elasticated thing he praises these zip-tie on the back ec potion it retracts every time you unhook it but keep an eye out for more of Chris Smith's kids taxi rides and coming up in the future on the MV M so in the comments if we'd be able to load a call feedback on how much faster is Annie mountain bike compared to a standard mountain bike bob bobbi's said not bothered about the times it's all about being able to climb to the places I couldn't manage before and not get in there a physical wreck I stopped all the time to admire the view and listen to the forest yeah and listen from swh to on my 2017 special enduro I would do a 12 mile loop and enjoy 10% of it I'm like 2019 power flight 7 LT I'm doing a 20 mile loop at twice the pace and a hundred percent enjoyable yeah I get that then William Laura man he's saying the good thing about ebikes you can decide whether you want a workout or a nice easy ride yeah seems everybody is getting the bike in a thing we are all around in Canada Steve so this is written from Tim he's got a trek power flight effort he says he's got the bike back in May and has already put 7,000 kilometers on it use it as a commuter around Ottawa and then converted it to a touring machine and rode at 4300 k2 in venire BC respect well I might say respect when I got there I put some Max's minions on it and covered hundreds of K in the amazing Purcell mountains now back in Ontario ride every day to school and travels on the weekend no there is a man that seems to be enjoying himself this yeah just showing our versatility I'll just check the places out as well so ride slicks on their full camping gear yeah there's got snow blue tires on slams he's up in the tram sites of course Bob get on him get on here that is a classic where in the world it's a big week this week on EMB n on Friday we've got a cool video corner
