Note: All About Town rides on Tuesday nights in May, June, July, and August are held in Iowa on even-numbered days and are held in Wisconsin on odd-numbered days. All About Town rides on Tuesday nights in March, April, September, and October are always held in Iowa.

Also note: There are regular Thursday afternoon bike rides starting at 1:15 p.m. sharp from the former Point Restaurant parking lot (2370 Rhomberg Ave., just south of the intersection of Hawthorne St. and Rhomberg, close to Eagle Point Park and the dam). These rides are generally 50 to 70 miles in length, and are held year-round, conditions permitting. For more information, please contact Ken Buesing.

Dubuque City-Wide Garage Sale Ride.
Meeting time and place TBA, but the basic format is to participate in the Dubuque City-Wide Garage Sale on bike! If you have a touring bike with panniers, bring it and haul it. If you have a bike trailer, bring it and haul it. As most anybody who rides in the Dubuque area knows, garage sales and biking go together very well.

Tailwind Ride.
Held on the traditional Cinco de Mayo holiday (observed). We go wherever the wind takes us, load up the bikes when we've had enough, and head back to Dubuque by bus. GARR (Great Alternate River Ride).
This year, GARR will be held in place of the Marquette Ride. (Or you can think of this as the northern wing of the Marquette Ride, since Marquette, IA is on the route.) GARR starts at Cabela's north of Prairie du Chien, WI at 9:00AM. We will bike north toward La Crosse, stopping in all the quaint little towns along the beautiful Mississippi route. This first day the route is virtually flat and will be about 60 to 65 miles. We will overnight in La Crosse with an evening dinner in downtown La Crosse. Sunday we will cross the bridge into MN and head south through MN and Iowa until we arrive back in Prairie du Chien. On Sunday, the route is flat until we get to Lansing, IA. Then you will have the chance to do some climbing before coasting back down into Marquette and back across the bridge into Prairie. There will be sag support and luggage transport on this ride. This is a weeklong ride that many of our club members have done through the years. And no, that's not a misprint, this year the meeting point is Spring Green and not the traditional meeting point at Prairie du Chien. This year we spend an extra day in the Northwoods and finish before hitting the real hills.

This is a very popular ride through some scenic country. The basic route is 70 miles. We go through Georgetown and Cuba City and have lunch in Shullsburg. The return trip then goes through New Diggings and Hazel Green. It's a good time, and good training for RAGBRAI.

This is Wisconsin's oldest cross-state ride. This year, the ride starts in Marinette and meanders along the Lake Michigan shoreline through Door County before heading south to Kewaskum.
